My second time seeing Chelsea has been over a year now. My hair has finally grown back. She burned 70% of my hair off. All I wanted was my roots darkened and a trim. She slapped the color on and left it for over an hour while she proceeds to cut trim and blow dry anther client. I don't t know why I didn't speak up for myself but she was very unfriendly and made me feel so uncomfortable an disliked I was afraid to. After she washes the color and I assume realizes what she did. She tells me my hair is so bad and she needs to cut it for it to even look decent. She chopped 4 inches off.She takes moose and scrunched what little bit of hair I had. When she asked if I liked it holding tears back I said I hated it paid her tipped her and left feeling terrible only to discover the woman ruined my hair. Did I mention my hair had finally grown back from an ovarian cyst?Well I told her and she still treated me horribly.Over a year later my ptsd has subsided and I had to write this. I hope no one ever has to go through what I did .

Chelsea has been life saver in my hair care needs! I generally don't like to go to the salon (I'm super tender headed), but chelsea is always gentle and my hair is always perfect! Let me tell you, I've given her some hard work to fix! I tried to dye it myself and turned it orange one time! She is a great color corrector and so personable! I highly recommend this salon! The owner, Carly, is amazing as well! Don't trust just anyone with your hair ladies, go to Alter Ego Salon where you're more than a client, you're a friend!

Carly is the best. She listens to all your concerns as far as what you want and what you don't want for your hair. She always asks question and goes over everything in detail before she even touches a strand of hair with any color. She does this with every client. I've seen it for my self as I'm sitting there waiting for my hair to process. The salon is always CLEAN. The vibe so light , fresh and inviting. If anyone is looking for a new salon this is it . You won't be disappointed.

Best hair salon I've been too always listen to what I'm looking for with my hair and they do really great color I've never had hair fall out or fry off here, so super happy with alter ego I do bleach every appointment and it always feels softer and smoother afterwards
