Ye Olde Head Shoppe in Greenfield, IN

This was the Great Clips of nail salons !!!!

My daughter and I walked in to get a pedicure's when we checked in, we were not given any directions as to where to go other than "upstairs."
Once we got upstairs, we still had to ask around as where we were supposed to go and where our nail tech was (we later found out that she was delayed due to the fact of her getting her eyelashes done in the next room).
Kayla's (our nail techs) service was extremely unprofessional as she was throwing cotton balls , swabs and towels across the room trying to hit the trash containers they were supposed to go into (some actually hitting my daughter).
I asked if I could get my toenails done in gel and she said "no we don't do gel here as it's too hard to remove.. So I decided on a regular paint color, which she proceeded to paint on like a first year nail tech student.
I called and spoke with the manager (Denise) to express our disappointment, and dissatisfaction ; she-never apologized for the poor service or for her employees unprofessionalism that obviously reflected on her facility but told me I needed to take it up with the nail tech.

Very disappointing and very unprofessional!!

I scheduled my appointment with George, who has been my stylist for three years. George is always friendly on the phone, and it is typically very easy to get in to see him, even on short notice. He does really well with working with our family's schedule. Walking in, there's a lot of seating if you're waiting for an appointment. George always greets me with a smile as I walk in. He is very professional and always does the job in an efficient and timely fashion. Ye Olde Head Shoppe offers many services, including nails, hair, makeup, salon, spas, spray tan, facials, and massages. All of the employees are very welcoming and do a great job with their clients. I highly recommend trying out this locally owned business.

I knew this was going to be a bad experience when the receptionist asked me how to spell my first name five times. Booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance telling her exactly what I wanted and what type of hair I have. She booked me with a barber who doesn't do what I was looking for. He also doesn't do foils! Wtf? Who doesn't do foils in 2021?! LOL!! Although in fairness, I did appreciate him being honest.
He had to get 2 other stylists to help him and one of the older women just walked off and said she doesn't want to do it. He never asked her to do it, he just went to ask her to help him. She was rude. The other one was booked out 6 weeks (which sucks for her regulars). I did notice her cutting her clients hair uneven. There was no part or sectioned off. It was just thrown up on her head.
No way would I ever let someone touch my hair who can't do something as simple as foils. Go back to beauty school!
Complete waste of my time, gas, and babysitter.

Great salon!  Jeff and gang do a wonderful job and the amount of cars in the parking lot show it.

The Ye Olde Head Shoppe is the most respected place in town to get your hair, nails or waxing done. It is also owned by a great family with big hearts to help the community.
