WIGS SHOP: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My stylist Si canceled on me after pushing my appointment back the morning of. This was Dec 31, and I was leaving town after my appointment. She canceled through text and would t answer the phone, mind you it's been hard to get in contact with her SINCE BOOKING. She text me saying I could get my deposit back and that I could pick my wig up at the shop because I had brought it the day before for prep.

My original appointment was at 9am and she text me at 8am pushing it until 10am. As I was only way, she canceled at 9:40am. I went to shop anyway to pick up the wig and the receptionist offer for another stylist to do my hair. I expressed to her I needed to be on the road my 1-2pm and she agreed it could be done. The new stylist had taken my appointment and another of Si's missed appointments (it was the clients birthday) The new stylist started on both of our hair. The other client and I bonded over how thankful we were that the second stylist could do our hair. We were a little behind schedule but not my too much.
After placing a wig cap on me and hardly gluing down the other clients' wig, the stylist stepped out of the shop. SHE WAS GONE FOR 45 MIN- 1HR before I asked the receptionist to check on her. After shady stares and whispers the receptionist came to us to let us know that the stylist had an emergency and would not return.

THE TIME IS NOW 3PM. Supposedly leaving town at 1-2pm, I am leaving WIGS at 3pm WITH A WIG CAP ONLY on my head AND MY WIG IN THE BAG I BROUGHT IT IN. And the birthday girl left an unstyled wig install. She was in a hysterical panic as I was leaving the shop. THE 2 OTHER STYLIST HEARD THE ENTIRE SITUATION AND NEVER INCE OFFERED TO STEP IN.

BOTTOM MINE NEVERRRRR BOOK HERE. WORK LOOKS NICE BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.
TWO WORDS....UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL !
