I spent 15 min getting there with an appointment that I scheduled online and there was a note on the door says they are closed at time my appointment is due to short staff . If your not there than please don't let people schedule an appointment. Zero stars not coming here again
I've been going to this location for a little over a year. The barbers/stylist are rarely the same. In this last visit I felt rushed and the haircut was uneven and poorly cut in general. I'm going to start looking elsewhere for service. I gave them a year and tried to give them consideration due to COVID but I have to work too and face customers and I can't be looking crazy while they try to figure out how to cope with turnover and bad stylists that don't seem to care about their customers.
I had a great experience getting my hair cut here. I wasn't sure how to describe what I wanted done, but Qiturah understood perfectly and did such a great job! I will definitely be going back. It was quick and easy to get in, too. Thanks so much!
I have been to this location several times and there is never the same person there. I think I have gotten one good hair cut there, and the next time I went the lady was gone. My husband has gone and hates their work, my two boys have gone and hate it too. They now go to a barbershop all the way off of Tryon where they know they will get a good cut. Now yesterday I took my 15 month old to get her bangs trimmed. They were already cut once so they just needed to go about a half an inch shorter. When we left, they looked a little wonky. I figured it was because they were tied up in a ponytail prior to the cut. So I got home, washed her hair and once they dried I saw how crooked they really are. Now I have to pay to go to my normal salon on top of what I paid yesterday. I'm done giving them chances. I won't be going back, not even if my life depended on it.
