Salon Beyond in Kansas City, MO

Went to Rachel fora big chop! My last stylist was booked out for months and I needed a cut. I was worried about doing a big change with a new stylist but Rachel did a fantastic job, asked lots of questions, and kept checking in to be sure the cut was turning out how I wanted. I just left and feel totally fabulous and happy with my new do. Definitely going back!

The salon was incredibly friendly, inviting, and had great conversations. They offered me tea, coffee, beer, or wine. Cute brick walls, skulls and mirrors and florals. Great and easy to find location right on 39th street.
And oh my gosh! I couldn't gush more about Rachel! She was so kind and great! She listened to me and took care of my hair. Was honest about any questions I had, talked to me like a friend. All of the products she used smelt AMAZING and I definitely bought some before leaving. I've had a hard time finding a stylist that I fully trust and she won me over! Haha! I will definitely recommend trying out this place if you haven't already. I also got to talk to Sarah and she was awesome and kind as well!!
I had years of home bleaching and coloring and Rachel was able to even out my hair to a full bleach platinum blonde like a blank slate. I will eventually color my hair again but I am so, so happy with the way it turned out and will be rocking the blonde awhile! I also got a bang trim and she even styled my hair a little bit after she was all done.
I am excited for the next time I come back! :)

Each visit to Salon Beyond goes beyond simply getting a haircut. It's a personal experience that is highlighted by the staff and management and how you feel while there and afterward.

I really love this place. Everyone is super nice, just regular people. Many great conversations have been had while getting my hair clipped, styled or recolored. Taylor is my girl!  She doesn't let me leave until I'm happy. No one has ever paid that much attention to my satisfaction as a customer. She's also fantastic with men's trimming & styling. She makes sure I'll be happy with my husband's hair too. It's a top notch place next to sssooo many businesses right on 39th. I can get my hair done, grab a coffee, shop and then enjoy a 4 Star meal with a cocktail or two...or three. There's a lot of choices. But this place is my go-to for all hair related needs or demands.  I always feel relaxed and welcomed at this salon. It's like a mini vacation in my day. I feel refreshed and totally taken care of by my stylist, Taylor.

Anissa did an amazing job creating this beautiful, vibrant red color. I love her attention to detail and artistic forethought and preparation for her clients. I feel so blessed to have landed in her chair and get to follow her to Salon Beyond which also has such a warm, friendly and artistic vibe.
