I visited "Salon Alexandria" this week because my hair was so out of control. The humidity and my hormones are competing with each other, and it was impossible to tamed or style with any product or tool.
I decided to get either a Keratin Treatment or a Brazilian Blow Out.
I was promptly introduced to Cierra, who turned out to be an angel.
She was a great listener, and she helped me find a solution to the
unstable hair situation.
She was so professional, and knowledgeable. She was kind and patient when I kept wondering if we had selected the right choice.
The final product was magnificent. I couldn't have asked for more. My hair(?)

No thanks. Went years ago and have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was unhappy with the quality of work and I politely expressed my concerns so the owner told me to go somewhere else. Done.
This was my third time visiting the salon and I have been very happy with my stylist ,Stevie.Unfortunately,not so happy with the management of the salon. The front staff has been unfriendly and seemingly disinterested each time.Stevie had previously been charging me for a man's cut as she said my hair takes so little time to cut and I don't have her blow dry it because it is curly and I like it to dry naturally. This last visit the front desk said this was not allowed and got the manager, I was told they did me a favor in the past charging this price and would not allow it in the future. They said their pricing included the service of a blow dry whether I wanted it or not.I did not ask for this pricing, it was the stylist that suggested it,but apparently she is not allowed to make those decisions based on her time. Even though I really like Stevie, not sure I will return based on their policies and management attitude.
