Waited almost an hour to be seated for a pedicure for two of us and we had an actual appointment. After seated because their waiting area was full we sat for 20 minutes with our feet in the bowl before anyone came to us. Had to go up from to ask for water . The person who did my pedicure was rude and unprofessional. Will not go back or recommend to anyone ! The price is outrageous .
This was my first time having any services there but it was a great experience. Lucy did my nails & did a fantastic job. From the moment she began I knew that she was a great nail tech. Understand this shop is approximately 40 minutes away from my house but it's definitely worth the trip & I will continue to go there because it's worth it!
Overall a good experience. Like that they had a special Mon-Wed for first time customers and students of 15% off though I had to ask for it twice. It is on their website.
The workers were nice and accommodating! The only issue I ran into was being pressured to get gel on my toes when I really prefer regular nail polish.

I've been here twice. First time for pedi and second for mani/pedi. (Powder dip mani & classic pedi).
This place is really nice and they've done a great job at both visits. I booked online for same day service which was super easy. Place is clean and nice. They offer bottled water or mimosa (I took a leap from my usual water and had a pineapple mimosa and it was good!)
Tech Ricky is very friendly and takes his time. Very thorough and checked in with me along the way to make sure I like the color & shape or if I need more water etc..

Worst. I can do better myself with bifocals and sciatica. I left with dip on my skin. Uneven nails. Too much polish on toes that smudged a whole hour later. Made me wait uncomfortably for a trashy topcoat on my dip. If you have dip you know it's dry immediately. No product training. Horrible uncomfortable and awkward. I want my $95 back.
