Stephanie is AMAZING!  I'm a native Charlestonian and I have been through quite a few stylist. She's got it "gifted". My hair looks better than it has in years.  Go see her, you will be very pleased!

The owner was rude and very obnoxious... there are to many salons to choose from in this area to go there. Heaven help you if you are not thrilled with your cut/color and be prepared to pay to get it right.

Don't bother. I was desperate to get my hair done before a business trip and I was able to get an appointment with one days notice at London Hair.  My appointment was at 9:45 this morning and at 10:05 someone walked into the salon and asked for Francis. The receptionist told her she wasn't there. My appointment was with Francis! I thought the woman already doing someone's hair was Francis and I was kept waiting because I was taken last minute but, no, my stylist hadn't even come in yet. I went to the receptionist and asked what was going on. She then told me Francis was in the parking lot talking to her daughter. No further explanation or apology.  I asked if she didn't think that was unprofessional considering she was keeping an appointment waiting. Her reply was "not in this shop and not for Francis who has been doing hair as long as she has". Honest - those were her exact words. I asked what that meant - that's justification for being late? She then said if I didn't want to get my hair done, not to. I left. I later found out that Francis is the owner of the salon.  This shop is not professional and does not care about customers. If Francis didn't want the last minute appointment, she shouldn't have scheduled it and if she had a family situation with her daughter, the receptionist should have explained or at least seem concerned that I was kept waiting. Maybe my hair would have been done well but the first impression and attitude of this shop - led by the owner!- makes me think not.

I was in town for a wedding and after a few days in the Charleston heat and humidity I decided I'd better get my hair done up off my neck.

So I drove around until I found a salon that would take me- London Hair- and in less than 15 minutes I had a French braid with side pony that was perfect.

I had tried Salon Capelli, and they gave me a once-over and turned me away since I'm from out of town. London Hair was great - quick and I got many compliments on my braid/pony!
