My appointment was cancelled 8 minutes before scheduled time. I was already at the small suite waiting outside for 10 minutes. Not professional. Would not recommend. Small space.
Went in expecting to continue my progress in getting to full blonde, was given oversold expectations and charged extra with no explanation until after I posted a review. I explained after the first round of bleach and toner it was way to dark and brassy and nowhere close to what I had or asked for. So he did a permanent color which made it lighter but still very warm when I asked for ashy from the start. Finally a third round of toner and it was still way to warm toned and I asked 3 times now for cool tones. I was crying I was so upset and he still charged me full price plus a $35 charge for trimming my ends and $20 upcharge for the length and thickness of my hair that he states he forgot to tell me about. I received a message saying he I was a liar and bashing him for not getting the results I wanted. I have posted screenshots of our conversation before and the messages after of him attacking me for being honest about my experience. After much arguing he offered to redo my hair for $100. At this point I was very uncomfortable that he was capable of the results I wanted and upset at the unkind way he was treating me after ruining my hair so I just asked for a refund as that would resolve my issue so I can pay someone experienced with ashy colors to fix it and he flat out refused. I will not recommend this location to anyone I know and would be happy to show all the messages exchanged to expose the offensive treatment after such an upsetting ordeal to begin with. I'm heartbroken a small shop like this would treat their customers this way and be so hurtful.

Horrible horrible horrible experience!!
Before going with Jeff, I send him a picture of what I wanted. He said he could absolutely make it happen and that he was very good on belayage hair style! I wanted ash brown and silver. He complete did what ever he wanted with my hair, without consulting me! My mistake was not to tell him at the moment, I did not like it!! (Honestly I felt bad) ok, so the next day I texted him and told him it was not what I expected! He said I that I needed to pay $60 more to fix it, after it was his mistake and I paid $252... I wish I could show pictures and the text messages he send me! Don't trust him with your hair. I guess he might be good for some things. I wouldn't take the risk!
