Sport Clips Haircuts of Knoxville - Northshore/Pellissippi in Knoxville, TN

DO NOT GO HERE. They cut my husband's hair and it's the worst haircut I have ever seen. They gave him a receding hairline and shaved a square in his hairline. When I called to ask for money back (because you can't fix it), they told me a manager would call. I called back numerous times and nobody would help me. The "manager" does absolutely nothing and the hairstylist should not be cutting men's hair. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I'll respond to their response on this review - I have reached out. It's been several months since my husbands haircut and I have called over 20 times. Nobody has called me back. Nobody had reached out. I've left numerous voicemails. Do NOT go here, they don't care about your haircut - they care about getting money and getting you out. I even reached out to sports clips corporate and had no response to several emails and voicemails. I'll post pictures below so you can see.

Joy really cared about doing a great job and I appreciate that. I've been coming to SC for years and Joy was professional and executed with excellence.

This is my first time at SportClips, so I have no idea what to expect. You may say that I'm a SportClips virgin. I'm currently waiting for a stylist, and while perusing the surroundings, I see a sign staring me right in the face "SHOWERS." I  saw a guy and a stylist go in.... together! A few minutes later, the guy came out of the "showers" and was wearing a smile! Uh oh, what have I gotten myself into? I'll continue my wait, but now I'm intrigued. What lies beyond that entryway? The light is dim in there. Will I be taken across the threshold and be given special treatment? And what exactly would the special treatment be? What made that guy smile when he came out?
I guess I'm gonna find out.

My wait ended shortly after my mind took that left turn as a very nice young lady ushered me to her cutting station. She looked at me in the mirror and asked, "What are you going to have?" I saw myself turning red and answered,"Well, I don't need the massage."  I told her the ins and outs of what I wanted, and she took it from there.

Snip snip here and a snip snip there, some pleasant conversation, and she was done. Well, almost done. It came time for me to enter "the showers." My stylist closely followed as I peered into the dimly lit room. There, lined neatly to my left, were a row ooooffff sinks!! My curiosity now sated, I settled by a sink, leaned my head back, and had the most luxurious shampoo of my life. My stylists fingers running through my hair made me feel like I was back in my youth, being courted once again by a host of beautiful young ladies.....then I woke up.....smiling.

Enjoy your experience at SportClips. I did and will again.

Quick Tip: If you're thinking that the gorgeous models that are shown on the website are the ones that will be cutting your hair, you're in luck. They won't be. Instead, you'll have beautiful young ladies WITH brains and dexterous fingers. What a combination!

My son needed a quick cut and decided to change up his look. Ryan did an amazing job walking us through our options and working with us along the way to get the right length. All while working quickly so we could get to our baseball pictures on time. Can't say enough great things. Thanks, Ryan! We'll be back.

My husband went in for a quick haircut and came out looking like a movie star! Seriously, they did such a great cut on him (he keeps it longer than most men)  that I thought maybe I could grab a trim too. Charlie cut my haircut and took so much care to give me a new shorter style! Love it. Thanks Sport Clips for "swanky salon quality" expertise at Sport Clips prices. Wow what a find!
