SALON 302 in Lyndhurst, NJ

New to the area. Told Trina what I was looking to do with my hair and she nailed it! Such a cute salon. Highly recommend. All the girls are amazing! 5+ stars for sure!

i was going to a salon for a few years. i asked for to go slightly darker. my stylist colored my hair dark brown. when i said it was too dark so i made another appointment the following week to lighten my hair. he said he would reverse the glaze. well. i had uneven orange and brown hair. when i said it looked awful he said to return in an hour and he will fix. within minutes the salon called me back and said they had someone who called for color and hilights and i couldn't be seen in an hour. that night, i told my bff i needed to see a hair colorist who has years of experience. she referred me to Trina. as soon as i met her and she saw my hair i knew she was a very talented hair stylist/colorist who took pride in her work and new what she was going. it's been over 2 years that Trina has been doing my hair and my hair has never looked better. Paulina gives a wonderful hair washing and blowout as well as Gelen. i love going to Salon 302 every week for my weekly blowouts plus to see my girls.

I used to go to Hilights salon also located in lyndhurst. But lately I haven't been happy with my haircuts and their new policy of not blow drying my hair due to covid but price didn't change, instead it increased. Any who, I was looking around for a new salon and happen to find Salon 302 and read many reviews on how great this salon is, especially Trina. I had to give it a try. As soon as I walked in it was a very friendly and homey atmosphere. I think it was Pauline that washed my hair and she had hands of an angel! I was melting in her chair! Great start! Then Trina spoke to me as if we've been friends for years! She asked how I wanted my haircut and she cut away. After she blow dried my hair, I genuinely couldn't believe it was my hair. It was soft, smooth, shiny, light weight. It looked beautiful! And anyone that knows me knows I would never describe my hair hair as any of those adjectives. The best part is that my hair stayed this way for 3 extra days after!! My hair can never hold it's shape or form, I can style it and hours later it'll frizz up. Trina has god like hands because let me tell you I still can't believe how my hair has stayed like this for this long. And the service is beyond amazing!! Trina trimmed my hair even after it was blow dried. The attention, the customer service, the haircut itself is beyond describable. And I can promise you I will NEVER leave Trina! Ever!

I absolutely love this salon. It is friendly and welcoming and the entire team does a wonderful job to attention and detail. I have my hair done by Trina and occasion have gone to Helen. I always leave pleased and feeling younger! Don't hesitate to use their services. You will not be disappointed.
