This salon deserves no stars at all went there with a picture of the color that I wanted on my hair stylist said it was easy could be done. Hair color not at all like the picture plus one side of my head is one color and other side a different color. Color was awful I called and was told to comeback to fix it went back a week after, stylist decolored my hair for second time my hair was already fried and damaged from second decoloring I told her right after she finish that hair still was two colors! :( that I look bad that the week before I had a party and everyone commented on hair being one side blonde and other half side brown I was the clown of the party she just said comeback again I dont mind fixing again! I left sad once I got home my husband was so upset I look bad! I have never experience this kind of situation were you end up with two colors in your hair one side blonde other whole side orange/brown I called to get money back even half of it and they refused manager was rude I will not comeback for a third time they should at least give back half of money I cannot even go out looking this bad I will have to cut my whole hair done not even sure what to do but I surely wont be back for a third time please do yourself a favor and don't go to this place where they only crave money plus the place is all dusty and dirty. Bad customer service dont acknowledge their mistakes.
I have been there several times, always happy when i leave. Gina is the best. All the ladies are friendly, you feel at home when your there.
First time today at this particular location; i'm a loyal follower of hairdresser Vanessa; she previously worked elsewhere ... As always Vanessa exceeded my expectations. Vanessa's love for her profession is clearly displayed in her final work... My hair is thick, wavy, long, and unruly... She always cuts my hair with perfect layers; which allows me to blow it out daily without breaking a sweat. Vanessa is the best! Some of my work friends are also becoming Vanessa s followers ... Lets just say : she is the best! Also, The prices are great!
Love this place! I have been coming here for years to get my hair done and I'm happy everytime I leave. The service is great and you can tell that the stylists love what they do (Jessica is my favorite). You definitely can't beat the quality and prices here . Sometimes hard to get a last minute appointment on Friday or Saturday but late hours during the week make up for it.
