Very unprofessional, they have some kid with 2 inch nails working there that had an attitude and actually shaved my sons head after she was asked to leave 3 inches on the top. Same day as his 8th grade dance. I thought they had to have a license to cut hair, not sure where she got hers...
I came in asking for long layers- I wanted to keep my length of my hair as much as possible. I told them at my 2:30 apt that I had a 4pm eye exam to which I was told it'd be okay if I was "a few minutes late, like 5 minutes". I have curly hair- which shrinks at least 2 inches when dry. My hair straight is now shorter than when I came in with it curly originally. They took off way more than I asked, but kept trying to stress that they didn't.... won't be returning.
I was not impressed by this place I called them for an appointment after the long closing due to civid19 for a men's haircut the lady on the phone was not pleasant at all! One would think after being closed but to COVID-19 and government shut down they would be great full to be open and clients calling them! Price gauching ? Their web states men's cut $20 she quoted $25. Hey I get it you've been closed for a long time but getting greedy and nasty is not the way! I am a very good tipper but nice goes along way.
I've been to this salon multiple times. I've gotten blow outs, cuts, and highlights. The first few times I was in I was happy with my blow outs, service however is BAD. The employees are stuck up, have a horrible attitude and are not friendly at all. I thought I'd give it another try because its close to home and convenient. And I regret going again. The environment felt hostile, and super judgmental. No warm welcome, I left so upset the owner and her employees didn't even greet me or say bye. I was offended by their service and rudeness and honestly never coming back here again. Going to get your hair done should be a friendly, relaxing experience. I'd rather drive an hour than step foot here again.
Love Marissa, Lisa and Jenn. It is a clean, comfortable place and the staff is very welcoming. I have been going to get my hair cut here for over 10 years. They're very affordable and they had a haircut sale on Wednesday's. A woman's haircut is $40 and includes a wash, cut and blow dry.
