Right away the color changed. I asked her why after one week did the color change and she said it's the toner...she should've informed me beforehand if she was going to leave me with a light color overall. I wanted balayage dark and light on the ends..when I told her about it, she started to ignore me. DON'T GO HERE. Finding a good hairstylist in TN has been so difficult!!
