Sally Beauty in Bullhead City, AZ

Drove from Needles to Sally's Bullhead last night, arrived at 8:45pm, and they were closed. They closed at 7pm and it is clearly posted in their window. Yelp needs to be updated.

I got an email for $5 in product. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. The salesperson steered me to the nail polishes I was interested in. I took forever looking at every color and every product line. Two salespeople came by to check on me but I assured them I was fine. When I finally made my choice, the gal at the register asked to see the email for some numbers and easily gave me the $5 credit. Great service. Pleasant staff.

Was visiting Laughlin for the weekend, I forget my shampoo. I don't usually like to use grocery store products, so I found Sally's Beauty Supply close by and was very happy to purchase better quality hair products. I found what I needed quickly, the location and parking were good, but my only complaint was the lady who rang me up had a little bit of an attitude, not sure why, I didn't ask for help or even a question? Plus she talked me into renewing my membership so I could get the discount, but I think she put another persons email address in the system to get the $5 off coupon that I was supposed to receive for joining up again. I never got it. Anyways, I like friendly service so hence why I gave the rating I did. The store was clean and well stocked.

I just have to say thank you to the ladies working tonight. I had to come back for a price adjustment that was missed on my initial visit (software issue not user issue). It was a challenging venture that would have tried anyone's patience. These ladies were awesome! Thank you!

When I got home, I noticed I had an email from Sally Beauty Supply offering me one free item valued at $7.99 if I renewed my membership. No gift was offered at the time, so I contacted Sally Beauty Supply corporate. They told me to bring my receipt back to the store to get my free gift. I returned to the store today, 3 days after renewing. The employee was not to be found. Large boxes at the ends of the aisles lead me to believe she was restocking shelves. Yes, she appeared and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We were looking for temporary hair coloring. There were only 2 shades in stock, light pink and dark pink. She walked off. We grabbed a pink and went to the counter up front to wait. After a few minutes she came up. I told her about the free gift with membership renewal, and she said it was only valid at the time of renewal. Well, this being the same employee, why didn't she offer that to us 3 days ago? I told her that I had an email from corporate allowing us to have the free item, and she said okay. She mumbled something about probably not losing her job over this. I hope she doesn't lose her job for offering a gift to someone who was only trying to take Sally up on her offer. She asked for my phone number, rang us up, and asked if we needed a bag. Yes, we did as we had other stops to make. She gave us our bagged FREE hair color, and we were on our way.
