Awful customer service. While my wife was inside purchasing several hair care products, our four year old needed to use the restroom. When I walked up take her inside, one of the employees came to the door, held her hand out, refused to allow my daughter in, and said, "there are important things in here...you can walk down to Arby's." Who says that to a paying customers child? This is awful customer service. Why make a child cry when she didn't do anything wrong? We will not be back.
I personally love this Sally's. As a licensed cosmetologist, I don't often frequent the store, but when I do the manager and staff have been great. If the bad reviews need help with technical questions Sally's is not really the place to look for answers. Seek out a Salon with educated cosmetologists. This is a retail store, most of the time the staff are not licensed and therefore the help needed maybe should be sought elsewhere. The staff can't be expected to know all the answers to many of the questions I've heard in there. And they are not staffed to have someone at the register all the time. They are stocking, ordering, rearranging, etc.... all you have to do is tell them you're ready to check out! The only issue I've ever had was with their district or regional manager that stops in from time to time. These are the folks with zero personality or people skills!! I knew of one who was talking on the phone one day, took the phone away from her ear to fire an employee in front of customers!! How DO these kind of people get in leadership positions?!? That is people skills/leadership 101 to reprimand or heaven forbid FIRE someone publicly!! I say kudos to the manager at this store for being able to work for such lame bosses for so long!!
Staff is horrible no help at all...waited for some one to check my out for over 20min and ontop of it I asked a question about retuning a product and she said no way it would be "larceny" I've been to many other Sally locations and have never been treated w such disrespect/ no costumer care at all...this happens every time I visit the location w the staff and trying to get help or even checking out I will no be returning to this location ever again
