Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen. I was visiting family on Dec 9th and spent $200.00 on nails for us. My daughter in laws nails are peeling and look horrible. When I called to see if she could come in and have them repainted they told me that have a 10 policy.

S&P is my go-to salon in Minot. They are clean, friendly, and my nail tech is always willing to work with me to create a design! They have a great selection of gel colors and I'm never disappointed with their work.
my nails look like a toddler took a crayon to my nail beds. does not look anything like the picture. cut me multiple times and just said "oops". horrible service, very rude, literally made fun of us and laughed. if i could give a negative star review, i would.
Love this place and its service. Best day to go is Tuesdays as they aren't as busy as on Friday/Sat/Sun.
