I recently had a hair color service at Ryan & Wendy Hair Design, and I am appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction that I encountered. My experience was nothing short of a complete disaster, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal. From the beginning, it was evident that the staff at Ryan & Wendy Hair Design lacked the basic courtesy and respect that one would expect from a professional salon. Not only were they dismissive of my requests, but they also insulted me throughout the process, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. Despite clearly communicating my desire to have my black roots blended into the ash dark blonde bottom part of my hair, they completely disregarded my preferences. The end result was a complete mess. My hair turned an unnatural black color, obliterating any trace of the previously light highlights. To make matters worse, there were unexpected red copper lights that were not only unflattering but also completely opposite to what I had requested. What was even more shocking was their refusal to address and fix the issue. Despite my attempts to seek a resolution and have my concerns addressed, the staff at Ryan & Wendy Hair Design displayed a complete lack of care or responsibility. They dismissed my complaints and showed no interest in rectifying their mistake. It was clear that they prioritized their convenience over customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it is important to note that the cheap price advertised by Ryan & Wendy Hair Design comes at the cost of poor quality of service and unprofessionalism. The subpar results and lack of accountability are indicative of the low standards upheld by this salon. I strongly advise against entrusting your hair to Ryan & Wendy Hair Design. Their lack of professionalism, disrespectful behavior, refusal to address customer concerns, and overall poor quality of service make them an establishment to avoid. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and potential damage to your hair by seeking out a salon that values customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Excellent haircut. Easy to make an appt. Wendy gave me good advice on hair care. Clean stations. Did not feel rushed.
