It was my first time going to this place and I Loved it ! They don't pressure you for the tip or take advantage with the high prices! Henry was super fast very professional and patient he is super nice and funny, great prices and very clean and organized, definitely coming back!
I've been here a few times now.. All my experiences have been pretty good. The salon is nice and located in a little plaza off of Poway rd. Depending on the time you go, it may be busy or not. The staff are nice and friendly and they do good work. I usually always get gel (sometimes acrylic) manicures and they always last a long time with no chipping!! So that's really helpful for me as a new mom, I can let my nails go for a longer period of time. I also appreciate that they always accept walk- ins.. They do have appointments but I've always come & walked in. My only reason for 4 stars is the prices.. I feel they are a little pricey for a simple gel manicure- plus, there was one time.. the male worker there did my nails and was on his phone quite a bit (while doing my nails, therefore his attention to detail wasn't the best).. so to me, that was not very good customer service at all. But other than that one time, I appreciate the good work done here, kind staff, good music & cleanliness of the salon. :)
Absolutely love LT's for pedicures! Their gel pedicures have lasted me longer than any other nail salon and I hardly have any chipping even after 3+ weeks. Also really appreciate how accommodating they are with walk-ins and getting people in and out while still doing an amazing job!
The absolute worst service ever from a very pissed off Kim. I have come here a couple times and always deal with a very nice lady. Today on Monday night around 5pm I ran in here to see if they had a last minute appointment. The place was empty. This Kim woman did my nails and she was very angry. The entire time just silence. Then asked me if I liked my polish before sticking my hands in the UV light she like snapped at me. I've never in my time getting nails done, have dealt with someone so b*tchy. Don't take your crappy day out on the customer! Or stay home! There are so many nail places in Poway, please spend your money elsewhere. Now I totally understood why they were empty!!
Tammy, Lynn and team are great. I prefer hard gel. They do a wonderful job here. I bring in Inspo pics and they are great at matching them.
