I have been getting my hair done by Karry for the last 3 years and I would never dream of going anywhere else! She does amazing highlights. I go from a dark-medium brown to blonde just by the amount of highlights she does and it looks completely natural!! Everyone I have referred to her also loves her cuts and colors!!

There was a great stylist here for a few years, so I was often in for a cut and color.  

Then after never being able to book with her again due to her availability,  I saw another stylist who didn't seem to know what they were doing.

When I called to schedule an appointment with the first stylist, the owner was super rude and cruelly told me that "no one here is comfortable touching my hair." I was always a great tipper and was very kind to the staff. Her reaction to me was frankly bizarre and uncalled for. I've never been treated worse by a business owner.

Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, somewhere they actually value their customers.

Went to get roots done and she missed an entire chunk of hair so I had an uneven section of hair too dark and the rest much lighter. I wasn't happy with it so I called a day or so later and said I wanted it fixed. She agreed that one portion was much darker and said she would fix it but charged me to do so after I already paid over $100 to have it done in the first place. I have never had to return to a salon because it was done so poorly and do not think that I should have had to pay for her to fix her mistake. Any competent hairdresser would not have looked at it in the end and not noticed a huge chunk of hair missed. I will never go back- terrible customer service, incompetent colorists and the owner is rude.
