My gel manicure peeled after 4 days! I was on vacation at the time so I couldn't inform them straight away. Upon my return I called and the owner said they would redo my nails. I came in for a redo and the lady said "pick color", I said that the manager told me to come in for redo, she said again, "pick color". I picked a color and again reiterated that I was in for a redo at no charge, I explained the situation to her, and offered to show her pictures and videos of my nails while I was on vacation. She had no interest in viewing the pictures of their poor manicure as well as no apology for their service. Then when my manicure was completed, I tipped the manicurist $10 and I was on my way, but the girl that kept telling me to pick color said I had to pay for the manicure. She started screaming when I said I was leaving given the agreement that I was there for a redo. She said a redo at no charge was only for the same color, and since I picked a new color there was a charge. To add to this awful situation, she said that I just wanted to get a new color, insinuating that I was being dishonest while she had no interest in viewing the pictures and videos of the peeling from the first manicure. I spent nearly $150 on this place in less than two weeks from 2 gel manicure and a pedicure! Also, the guy that did my redo noted the top of my nails had old residue that likely caused the peeling. I do have to say on a positive note that Timothy Trihn did a great job on the redo. I hope that he finds a different place to work as this place is toxic. Seriously, go find a different nail salon...save your money and time by staying away from this place.
I went into this salon for a manicure. I showed the technician what I wanted. Another one came over and said I'd have to get the gel nails and not a regular manicure. I've had the manicure before but was fine with paying more for something that would last longer. My technician must not have known what to do because the more talkative one came toy station to take over. I was glad someone wanted to correct what they felt were their own shortcomings. However, the simple design's result became what look like fallows of yogurt on the beds of my nails. It looks comical. And because they are gel, the two technicians layered in so many coats of polish that my nails look comical. I can't believe the ladies think this is professional.
Number 1 - Very Long wait Number 2- Unprofessional Number 3- Crookedly did not honor my "Point card" when it was full. Number 4- Constantly negatively commenting on customers in their native language. umber 5-Lastly, not clean. I would NOT get a pedicure there at all!
Went in from out of town to fix 1 nail .. 3 customers in salon... They said they were too busy... More than that working. . Since I'm from Richfield originally.. and it's across from my hotel, should have been easy.. and polite. I received neither... They were actually rude because they said that they didn't do the original set... Wait...what???service is service... Never again
