Great Clips in Richfield, MN

I got a great haircut here today. The stylist's name was Mary--I can't speak to any of the other stylists' skill levels, but she gave me an excellent haircut and was also really nice to chat with. The wait was reasonable, as well.

Last 4 hair cuts Worst Never going back Ever Sadly it took 4 times to learn this I've been a client since the store opened!! I tip well Service is ok The stylists chat with each other constantly during the hair cuts Haircuts are low quality and have gotten worse each time I go usually I have to fix a lot of stuff myself I feel that the low quality is almost intentional My last visit yesterday I was shown the back of my hair line when the stylist was complete, however it did not show me my entire top of my head in the mirror I walked out with the top rear of my hair sticking straight up!!!! Glad I had that fixed at my expense at another hair care facility that night. Never going back!!! Good luck if you use this place I'm done

Horrible!!!!!! I took my daughter for a simple haircut and the stylist Jodi was rude from the beginning she wasn't even interested in hearing the cut she wanted. Which was to take a couple of inches off. Unfortunately she was the only stylist available. I stepped out to wait in the car. Once done my daughter told me she was mean and condescending to her. And to make things worse she left long strands of hair in the front of her head. I will never step foot inside that salon again. Don't waist your time and money by subjecting yourself to this. A little kindness and caring to listen to your client's needs is all we asked for.

All our family members have come here several times. Kaitlyn is awesome as are several others. Judi was rude and did a total hack job on my son. We ended up with Judi as one of our stylists again so I gave her my daughter who has knee length hair and who wanted "just a trim, completely straight across the back, no more than 3 inches off. One side she cut straight as asked, so I walked away for a few seconds... came back to find the left side cut upward at a 45 degree angle and completely hacked. She begrudgingly offered to cut more off to "fix it" . No. Possible. Way. Kaitlyn stepped in to save my daughter's hair. So grateful. Will not go to Judi again. Two strikes and you are out when it comes to my kids.

Manager was rude, sassy and hurt my 10 year old by roughly combing her hair with two combs and protested that S. did not comb her hair b4 coming in! True, I had a $6.99 haircut coupon, however did not expect this treatment. I had thought perhaps we could switch from Kids Hair which is over twice as much as that coupon, but no way! I do not want to be subjected to rude treatment and the vicious way she combed S's hair. Stay away until this Manager is fired!!!
