I've never been here before. I'm not going back. I went in for a quick gel mani pedi. Took over 2 hours. It was over $100, and my color looked like crap. The equipment was old, and the place felt it was falling apart (it was clean but cluttered). And even more weird was that there was something going on in the back room. Girls kept coming and going, and they were not getting their nails done? The girl who did my nails was nice, but there are better places in Richfield to get your nails done and are more affordable
Mimi is fabulous thank you for taking the time and caring about your customers awesome service
I was in town for a con and had some extra time so I stopped in for a manicure because it was close to where I was staying. first impression was that it was really dirty. Not a nice atmosphere. I was short on time so I was surprised but not mad that the manicure only took 30 minutes but did notice that they didn't take much time to groom the nails. only 2 coats for no chip manicure and I usually see 3. I got the manicure last Wednesday and they polish chipped today on a Monday. paid $35 for a no chip manicure that lasted less than a week so I'm pretty disappointed.
Went for "Eyelash Extensions" it was literally just them gluing eyelashes you can buy at the drugstore onto my eyelids. It was my first time so I had no idea what was so supposed to be happening but once my eyes started literally burning I asked them to stop, she stopped for about two second then kept going. By the time she was done my eyelids were sticking together and my eyes were on fire. I told them I didn't want to pay and that they had false advertised what they were providing. She obviously got upset, I paid, didn't tip and left. I took them off today because of how bulky and fake they felt. When I took them off there was glue literally halfway up each eyelash. Terrible, Terrible place.
Awesome brows!!! They do an amazing job with eyebrows! Been going here for years and they are the only people I trust with them. They do great work and are very cost effective.
