I wish 0 stars was an option. The service is below average and the prices are way too high for the treatment given. My cousin was charged $100 for a French gel acrylic manicure (At the places we usually go that would not be over $65), $55 just for the acrylics, a whopping $30 extra as well just for the French and they charge $15 extra for the nail shape as well. I got a pedicure and the woman was very aggressive, she also scrubbed my feet with hand soap. She did not get any skin off my feet and now they are peeling. Also no massage was given. Please save your money and time, DONT GO HERE

They did an okay job with my pedicure, but they weren't up front about up-charges during the process. I came in for a normal pedicure which is listed as $40 and they ended up charging me $65, I'm guessing because I got gel polish and because they trimmed one of my nails. Apparently having your nails trimmed is an extra $20, something I missed on the website. I've never been to a place that charged for the nail trim in a pedicure before. They also burned my toes with the UV light machine and cut my skin with the cuticle clippers. If it was just one thing, I never would've posted a complaint, but this was a lot.

The service at Royal Nails was very much below average. I got just a pedicure and the woman doing my nails was not only rude but aggressive and I left with a bleeding big toe. If you want your feet manhandled and an attitude filled atmosphere this is the place to go, if not, stay clear.

I have been there several times over the past few years and continue going back. The owner has had some bad luck with COVID and some renovations, but he is friendly and I always get a great pedicure from him and his team. Love the massage chairs and full pedicures. I was there last about 5 weeks ago and it was just him after having only reopened after the Reno a week before. Plan to head back this weekend.

As with many small businesses, it's been hit hard by the credit/debit card fees so he only deals with Venmo (and maybe Zelle?) now.

My feet/toes always look so much better after going to Royal Nails. The buffing, trimming and polish really do a world of good for my feet. Both how they feel and especially how they look! With summer/sandal weather here, it's especially important!

If zero was an option I would use it here. Had two mediocre pedicures where a male no polish pedicure was charged the same as a polish pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure used tugging and pushing to move my feet back and forth vs communicating or lightly / gently moving. My toenails were poorly shaped, cut short, and many are slanted. Not worth the money.
The worst part was the person I was getting a pedicure with was using their Venmo option since they are only cash or Venmo, he showed the woman his phone and said "is this the correct Venmo" she said "yes" he sent the funds and the man came out saying "you didn't pay you didn't pay" we showed him the screen and said wrong person. With obviously our error we understood and pointed out that the woman said it was the correct one and that it was frustrating since we most likely won't receive the funds back from Venmo. The person I was with instantly went on Venmo customer and their credit card to dispute. The owner continued to ask for payment despite my nails still drying and the obvious panic that we Venmod 80 dollars to the wrong person. I explained that we would pay him but he's trying to cancel the funds first since she said it was the right person to Venmo when it wasn't. He walked away calling me "crazy"! Yes he was right ... crazy to go here!
