Today I had the same person as last time and remembered they did my brows how I like them. I said I just wanted a clean up but they are now a different shape and I left with cotton stuck to my face.
This place is okay if you just wanna grab a product you need real quick. But if you need actual help with makeup, skincare, or hair don't bother with the "beauty advisors" here. They don't hire people who actually know anything about these products or their application, and they dont train them how to help customers- they hire pushy sales people who will follow you around trying to push their credit card but can't answer basic makeup questions. At least sephora has some beauty training for their employees.
Also, since the class action lawsuit that says they've been repackaging old used products, and since their big online shopping glitch, I've been steering clear altogether
My daughter and I went to this location yesterday. We were in line at the register and there were 2 girls talking and doing something, not sure if they were doing anything. They never acknowledged us, nor did they volunteer their services. Then, a girl came from across the store to ring up our purchase. Her name was Sarah and she saved the day. She was friendly, engaging and beautiful. It is wasn't for her this review would be a one star. Thank you Sarah for being you and picking up the slack for others around you.
Can't thank the Ulta Seabrook employees enough - especially Shayla. On Saturday, I paid for my products - got to my car and realized that I didn't have my phone. I went back into the store, as I was almost positive I left it at the register. It wasn't there. It had died on my way into the store - so I couldn't trace it. I looked around the store where I was and didn't see it anywhere. I went home and searched my car completely - no phone. I called Ulta and spoke to Shayla - asked her if she could please review the video footage from when I was there. Now, this is a Sat during Christmas - they were VERY busy - she could have told me that I had to wait, but - she immediately reviewed the footage. When she called me back, she said that she spoke to loss prevention and that I should file a police report. She said she had seen something on the video, but needed to give all information to the police. So, that was what I did. Long story short - I got my phone back that very night. I truly believe it wouldn't have happened without Shayla's prompt assistance - the police were not hopeful. I can't thank Shayla and the Ulta employees enough for their assistance!
