ROYAL NAILS & SPA in Beaumont, CA

Where do I begin.. I've been here before multiple times always with Danny and once with Christie every time it's been a pleasure ... but today I came in again after a while, I called in the morning and I was thankful they were able to to get me in with obviously with what ever nail Tech was available, which happened to be Danny's wife.. and Wow!! never in my nail salon experience have I ever been treated so poorly, I asked her for something very simple, it's never been a problem before. I asked for a (French tip with a clear pink top coat finish) absolutely nothing out this planet.. she's was quick to answer with a snobby comment of "that doesn't look nice".. i answered her back "I've done it before, it is what I want.." and again she proceeded to making more comments "well I've never done that before and it doesn't look nice!".. with all the attitude .. making me feel very uncomfortable and as if that wasn't enough she went on to ask the lady doing my pedi .. if she had ever seen what I was asking for, making it seem like I made no sense. Lady response "No, but that's what she wants".. She gets up walks toward her desk looking furious, stomps her foot! like she wants me to know she's not happy.. idk what was her problem and by this point she was half way down with my nails.. the rest of the time was sooo awkward.. she went on to speak to the pedi lady for the rest of my appointment acting like I wasn't there .. towards the end she asked me About the weather which was very awkward again but I answered back. I'm not a confrontational person at all, i went on to finish the appointment. But her whole attitude and composure was so mean and rude. I've never felt so uncomfortable before. She was so unprofessional! people come here to decompress and have some (me time) I'm paying for my services you're not doing this for free. The only thing we ask for is for you to have some manners and be cordial with your customers.

I asked and showed the picture of what I wanted BEFORE she even touched my nails. Lynn/Lin said she could do it. I said great. She said for just two nails designed it would be 25, but for all 35.. I said fine. She ended up messing up soo bad from trying to free hand the blood to the ghost face looking sad and even the spiderweb looks like it's fading! They only do gel on acrylic, no polish. Didn't have the red I wanted (DND FERRARI RED) $78 later & it was NOT WHAT I WANTED. I had to tell her to do something different on every nail because it was TRASH!!

My mom and I went in for pedicures and manicures today. My nail person was Tom and let me just say to you: Tom is the best nail technician I have ever had! Not only did he take his time with my pedicure, he was meticulous and thorough the entire time. With my manicure, I showed him the design and colors I wanted for Fall and he matched it exactly to the best of his ability! The place is very clean and inviting. Everyone I talked to was very nice and I enjoyed being there for 2 hours or more. Definitely worth it! Thanks Tom!!

I had been going to another salon in the area for several years but the prices kept going up and service down. Decided to try someplace new and went to Royal Nail and Spa. I always make an appointment and EVERY time I go, I am started within 10 minutes of the appointment. Big plus. Prices are very reasonable. I never feel like I'm being rushed in and out, even when they're busy. I've started requesting Wendy and she does a nice job.

I got Wendy, whom was amazing I got a pedi and mani from her. I got a better Pedi for my husband which included a 15 min massage and he only got 1 min tops of massage smh. The girl looked stressed and tired and she rushed through the whole session. So I was hoping that the manager or whoever she was, was going to drop the price and she totally told us that we were lying lol That being said we just paid and left and they just lost a good customer.
