Yall I was crying in my car. My toes were perfectly square and even now they are all butchered all ten toes were different shapes. This is how they looked fresh out the salon. Horrendous. My nails were dip but they only dip the base and paint the color with gel i have never seen this before. I asked for square and he decided that that isnt the shape i should have and told me he is going to round my corners.
Don't bother making appointment.. I have no idea why they even pretend to write it down. They charge $6 to take off gel which is a new thing to me.
Dirty, Dirty, Dirty, Rude, Unsanitary, they could care less if they get your business or not. Very disrespectful and always will have to wait even with a appointment. $1.00 Fee to use debit card. Nickel and dime you for services.
Went and took my two younger siblings to get their nails done last week. Both got a manicure and pedicure and by the end of the day the nail polish was completely off more than half of their nails. This has never happened before from other salons as I take them frequently. And not just chipped completely gone from each nail. Not sure if they water down their polish or don't use a proper top coat but it look as off the nails were never painted. Very disappointed that I paid for this and had to paint them again myself the same day.
4th time with this place. As many of you moms are, I am a busy momma. The time I have is very limited. I usually leave 2 hours for my daughter and I to get our nails done together every 3 weeks. I made an appointment ahead of time for 2 pedis and 2 fills, so we can not miss anything afterward. I make an appointment at 1030am, and they begin my fill at 1045 and my daughters feet, which is fine, but then at 12 p.m., my daughter is completely done, and I am still waiting for my feet. I asked if they could please start me soon as I need to be in redlands at 130. They still had not started me, and then they began to start people after me who did not have an appointment. This place is very unprofessional, I do recommend. Not to mention they left a huge mess on my hands
