Rose Nails in Springfield, MA

I got may nails done on Halloween and by night one fell off. The very next morning another one fell off. On that Monday I came in and asked for it to be corrected and the nail techs body language looked as if she was disgusted by my request. It was extremely rude. The following day two more nails came off. I went to another place and had to get a fill because the initial application was terrible. Save your money and go to a place with better skill and customer service.

I got a toe infection from this place! I went last week and got a pedicure. The day after, I immediately had pain around my big toe and nail. The pain got worse and my toe got red and puffy. They don't use the covers for the bath bin that your feet go in! I should have known better and Now I learned my lesson and NEVER GOING BACK. It's an awkward atmosphere in there and they stare at you awkwardly. Disgusting and I will NEVER Return. It's obvious as to why there barely have business! I'm surprised they are STILL open. Smh

I came here twice and I have to say it is not that bad besides having almost no one there and only two women working there. This one woman who did my nails twice does a really good job! She does a very good job in acrylic nails and the color is exquisite. It's worth my money too. I wish there were more people working there but overall I love it.

I was in Springfield for business and thought I'd treat myself. Unfortunately, I didn't check Yelp. The older Asian manicurist was polite enough but her skills was extremely poor. I was charged 40.00 for a pedicure & manicure. The pedicure was adequate, except I didn't get a thorough foot massage. But, the manicure was so bad I had to shape my nails appropriately myself when I got to the hotel. When I brought the unprofessional job to the manager's attention, she tried to convince me there was nothing wrong. Perhaps they're better with the gel nails, but don't get a basic manicure. I thought being male would make them try harder for my continued business, not so. This place lacks quality, honesty, and professionalism. BEWARE!!!

Poor customer service, the owner was very rude to me and my mother, we had horrible experience she complained all the way up until we left and tried to rub in our face the she was the owner. We could tell in made one of her workers very nervous, and me to I was very anxious and she threatened me if I wanted to get my nails done after I paid; but I was calm the whole time, she gave me a hard time when I was trying to be nice. She was rude until I walked out to door
