I have been coming to Lucky Nails for years. I don't necessarily think it's a "spa" environment. It's a nail salon. But I like it here, everyone is super nice. I do not go to a specific person, because I usually walk in, and everyone has their strengths. If you call, they are great about getting you in quickly. I get a gel fill/gel mani. I am currently going on 4 weeks between fills!! (picture attached). When I was actively working, I was washing my hands all the time (I try to stay away from hand sanitizers), I could go 2 weeks. My gel pedi has been on 6 weeks, no cracks, chips etc. Most of them can do nice nail art too. One con: I wish they opened earlier.
Very friendly and accommodating. I called ahead and got a reservation for two gel manicures within 2 hours. Great service.
Love this place. Spa like atmosphere. I've been to a few different people and everyone has been good. I get gel manicure and it's the only place that lasts. Pedicures are a little different. My first one was amazing but they've been hit or Miss after that. Anyway, this place is great. Try Tina, she's awesome.
I just came back from my Jell manicure appt and set down looking at my nails. I was surprised and very disappointed to what the quality of service I received today. She didn't push my nail skin all the way back to the edge looks like just adding the polish on it worse than if I did myself. I wish if I can show pics here. Very disappointed!
I used to be a loyal lucky nails customer but the last few visits have been less than exceptional. I dont think its the nail techs per say but maybe the polish? I got gel polish on 12/28. On 12/30 four nails were chipped and I went back to fix. Instead of completely removing the polish they hack job touched up the ends. Its now 1/4 & two of those nails are chipped again. If this was the first time I would give a pass but its not unfortunately. I hate doing this but I think something is off
