I went in yesterday for a fill and was getting madder and madder by the second. Usually, I always leave a generous tip for my nail technicians, but she completely lost hers. First, when I picked which flower and color I wanted, I was harshly judged and laughed at for what I thought looked and still think looks cute and summery together. Then when the technician was using the e-file on my nails she carelessly got too close to my cuticles and skin and cut me on my thumb and deeply around my middle finger. After I jumped, she told me to relax as if I wasn't bleeding. I guess she was just too concerned with rushing and leaving work to give a rats ass about her willingly paying customer.
Left before my pedicure was complete because they did a horrible job. The owner has a horrible attitude wanted to argue because I didn't like it. And they had a nerve to call the police and say we were fighting when it was a simple disagreement. Never will I ever go there even if it was free. I'm the third person today to leave unsatisfied. Seems like a trend! Hope they go out of business #BLM but apparently they don't think so.
This was my first and last visit.Worst experience I eva had. The lady at the front table is very rude. I was suppose to get a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was so bad I didnt bother with a mani. The lady cut my cuticles then painted my toes no filing or anything. Rubbed scrub on my dry legs and tried to massage in. I had to tell her u suppose to wet the leg first. She put a total of 6 coats of polish on my feet. My feet look terrible cost me 35 now tmrrw I will go pay and have a real pedicure down. I am posting a picture. Picture speaks for itself.
This is my friends normal salon, I typically go to Pure. They made me really appreciate Pure. The smell of acrylic and chemicals was heavy, another perk of going somewhere that has high end equipment including tables that have ventilation systems installed (Pure). They had one person able to/willing to do a pedicure out of the 4 there. The main tech walked around doing nothing while I was supposed to wait behind one person that just got started. Why have 5 chairs if you can only do one at a time? Additonally, it is FILTHY, in a filthy little strip mall. I guess I saved myself from a potential staph infection. First and last. Recap: dirty, poor customer service, go elsewhere.
I will admit that they do a good job doing nails, but the lady and the guy that does toes can not speak English. It's super frustrating to communicate with somebody about what you want and they don't know what I'm saying. Plus the paint job on my toes were messy as hell looks like I let my 4 year old do it. I am looking for a new shop just because I work hard for my money and I won't be wasting it there. Sorry
There's no denying that balayage is having a moment. This modern hair coloring technique has taken the beauty world by storm, and it's easy to see why. Balayage is a French word meaning "to sweep" or "to paint", and that's exactly what the colorist does.
