I received a gift certificate from my mother in law for Mother's Day. Today is Halloween weekend and I wanted my nails done to match my costume. I go in I wait because they were busy. I was very understanding and was willing to wait. After waiting 30 mins I am asked to move into a chair. I show her I wanted black coffin nails medium length. The lady tells me you don't want long. I respond no I don't want long. Then I go on and go her a picture. The lady says well those don't look good long. I respond well I don't want long I want MEDIUM. So moving on from that. She begins and touch's my hand and she goes "oh yo hands sweating". I respond yea my hands sweat is that a problem. She says yeah it is a problem. I just get up and walk out.
My problem here is I came in wanting the nails I wanted and I spent time picking a simple black coffin shape nail. The fact that she had the audacity to tell me "I didn't need medium length nails" "medium length is ugly".
The AUDACITY! Highly DO NOT recommend.
Very rude and disrespectful and treated me bad and they wouldn't let me use their uv light to dry my nails they made me use a fan to dry them then sent me home with wet nails. I will never go back. My nails look horrible
I went in for a pedicure last weekend. The salon was empty there was only two other people there getting a manicure. The shop looked decent. Somewhat clean. Apparently not that clean because every since I left there my big toe has been hurting. It's red and swollen now. I think it's infected. The lady that took care of me was quick and she did kinda hurt me when she was cleaning my toe with the scalpel. Never going back. If you don't. Don't get a pedicure!
I came in for a broken nail, which is honestly the best way to gauge a nail salon. I say that because if your unhappy it's one nail.
They were quick and friendly. They had girl-tv on which is a plus.
I feel like he made the acrylic too thick, which is one of the things you have to watch for. But he was good and waited for it to harden. He did a good job on the polish and told me to be careful.
The shop is clean and I didn't feel rushed. All-in-all, a good experience.
