I called to get an appointment for cornrows and was told the strangest thing, "THEY CAN'T DO LARGE CORNROWS, FRENCH BRAIDS, nor GODDESS". I'm new to the area, so my search continues.

I had a 9:30 appointment on Sunday, August 23rd, and I was in the shop until 7pm! Needless to say, I was pissed!!! I was the first there and the last to leave. The shop was crowded but there were braiders working to help others to get out faster. Mamy did my knotless braids and I asked her why no one is coming to help her! Others getting lemonade braids had 2 braiders but not me! I asked why they would not prioritize clients who's hair would take the longest and Rose's sister rudely told me how busy it was and that knotless braids take a long time for my size and length. I told her that I understood and if she knows that, why wouldn't another person help Mamy?!? They also had 2 people working to take someone's knotless braids OUT and that really did it for me! This was my second time at the shop, and I only came back because when I went the first time I was out in 6 hours. 9 1/2 hours for braids is just ridiculous! And Rose's sister needs to learn some manners and stop being rude to clients. I asked the others her name for the review but they would not give it to me. Two other braiders, Fatima & Thottie, came over about 6pm but I should have been gone by then. I appreciate their help but I am very upset by this! Do better.....
