I really like this place because its not too far and i think Annie does a great job! i like to keep my nails on the shorter side and she slays them perfectly every time! shes also super gentle and sweet and overall makes the place very comfy! ask for Annie!
Run Away!!! They cut my toe. I was bleeding. They had to clean it up and place a bandage on my toe. It was a horrible experience. First & Last! Never-Ever going back. I will not pay for service so poorly and I didn't. The person who did my feet was wayyyy to rough and didn't know what they were doing. Its not clean and they need to close for GOOD! I will make a formal complaint to the better business bureau. This place honestly deserves no stars
I went to get a full set and i went to Kim to get my nails done i showed her a picture and it was so wrong my nails were ugly and didn't look like the picture and she keep getting mad because I didn't like it .
Went in for a pedicure with my daughter about 3 days ago. The employee doing my pedicure kept insisting I add services to what I wanted. I declined, because I knew what I wanted. It made me a little uncomfortable that she was so pushy. On top of that, we (my daughter and I) received the same pedicure, but I was upcharged. They are fraudulent on their prices and to top it off, after leaving I saw that this business charged additional amounts to our cards. I would not suggest going to this location. It's unfortunate that they treat people who support their business in this manner.
Hadn't been back here for 7 months. My last review of this place wasn't good, and sadly it hasn't changed. I came in for a pedicure and manicure. It's my birthday and I'd figure some time has changed, certainly their service has improved....NOT. The language barrier makes its impossible to communicate affectively, and out of frustration if not being heard, I asked they simply remove the color and I'll have my nails painted elsewhere. I failed to take a picture of my nails prior to the attempted correction. They were not smooth, the polish was unfinished and my cuticles were mangled. I returned to the chair for some additional buffering and shaping. Hopefully somewhere else can do as I asked. DONT GO TO KINGS NAIL SPA. It lacks skill and the language barrier makes resolving service matters hard. I paid for his time as he completed my pedicure and gave me a full set, but I did not tip and I will not return.
