Please do not come here. I ask the tech to take my acrylic nails off month ago for a fresh set but she lazily tried to work around it. I trusted her expertise and continued to go to just her for months and Now I have green nails. I did not have this bacteria/fungus on my nails prior to come to Queens nails nor have I ever experienced this in my life and I have been getting my nails done since 1998. I've been to 100s of nails salons all over the world I never experienced this. I will NEVER come back

I do not recommend this salon. Service was rushed and nails were tragic looking and they would not take the time to fix it. Do not go to this nail salon. They should be shut down.

Trash, Trash, Trash!! I use to go to the nail salon before Covid and had no issues. Cindy was my nail tech at the time. I revisited them on Friday 7/23/21. The guy at the front did my pedicure and nails. Gel polish btw. I went out with some friends and ate crabs that night. By the time I got in, sat down I noticed a chip on my nail. I literally started to peel the "gel polish" off. My friend asked me babe didn't you just get your nails done earlier and I replied to him YES. By Saturday morning one of my nails acrylic came right off. I went back to them on Monday to fix it and did not pay and today the "gel polish" is chilling again. Do not patronize this business.

This is my last minute resort when I or my daughter need a 'quickie.' And we can't get in with our regular nail technician. I had to return twice in one week to have her nails fixed after the polish peeled off in whole sheets! What an inconvenience. They never accept responsibility or apologize. They did redo the nails but wouldn't allow her to change the same 'bad' color!! Ugh!
