My sister and I visited Nu Nails today! We showed up right at open as walk-ins, and they were really accommodating considering they had 4 appointments right at that time. We got full sets and pedicures, so they let us sit in the pedicure chairs while we waited to be serviced. It took about 40 minutes to be helped, but the techs were super fast and efficient at what they were doing. Either way the wait went by really fast while we enjoyed the massage chairs. The tech that helped me, I believe her name was Katie, she did an amazing job!! My toes look cute for once, and my acrylic set looks soooo amazing. It's the first time I've had it done and I am obsessed. My sister's nails came out amazing too and she is absolutely happy. For two deluxe pedicures, two full sets with shape, paint and gel polish it was $187 I think. Which in my opinion wasn't that bad. I was expecting it to be more. I rarely get my nails done but I could see myself coming back if I want them done again. Definitely recommend Nu Nails :)
Disappointed at Xmas time they double and triple booked. I was there on time and am usually in and out in 1.5 hours. This day I was there 2.5 hours. It was like a procession line! They'd do a little on me and go to the next person. The other thing is they have polish from a company that has been gone for 2 or 3 years. Mediocre selection of regular polish. Lots in gel colors but not great choices in dip.
Super friendly and do quality work. I've been to places all over Ca and this is one of my favorite places I've ever been to. I only get my toes done here and I have brought my roommates with me haha. Will always recommend.
Really good technicians. A bit of a wait time. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is the regular nail polish choices Is very very slim.
I absolutely recommend this business! Nancy and her husband are wonderful at their craft. Everything that they do is with care and eye to detail! I found this gem while looking for a place to get Gel X Nails in the area I worked; and here they are! Their prices are in alignment with other nail shops with a difference...they're not a "turn em and burn em" nail salon. Nancy wants to make sure you love your nails before you leave, and her husband (Kevin?) will make you laugh the whole time. My nails have never been prettier!
