Gillian saved my LIFE! (Good hair is LIFE!) I'd been going to a friend who completely wrecked my color. That same friend said we'd have to cut all my damn hair OFF. AT THE CHIN. Gillian did several tests a few days before tackling my inky, dull, black lochs, and found the best route back to shine, health, and dimension. SHE IS MAGICK! I've never needed color correction before, but I can't imagine it gets better than this. Lost a friend but gained a Gillian!

Really liked working with Thea and had one of my favorite hair cuts ever. I needed to get a bang trim and she wasn't available and I had Pablo trim them and it was 15 min late to start the appointment and my bangs were cut unevenly. At least they are just bangs.

Fae gave me the best cut i've ever had and it's totally changed my opinion on my own hair, i love it now. i've recommended her to family members already and i'll definitely go to her again. thank u Fae! :)

Danny the receptionist (hopefully not owner because that would be the worst look) has 0 customer service skills. Marissa the stylist it's was suppose to let me in after I checked in WHEN I ARRIVED to my appointment by sending a message; and she never did. Instead I get a call from Danny who kept asking where I was, and I kept having to repeat "I'm in front of the salon, waiting to be let in". She puts me on hold, then tells me I have to reschedule because it's 15 minutes past my appointment time..... I WAS 10 MINUTES EARLY AND WAS PRESENT AT MY START TIME WAITING FOR THE MESSAGE, LIKE THE SYSTEM PROMPTED ME TO. Obviously I'm unhappy, and instead of offering any help to me, Danny almost hangs up on me and says "she doesn't want to be spoken to that way" because I I kept clarifying "I was present and I followed your prompt". Then she has the nerve to tell me it's possible that I'd be charge for the appointment! She had to call the stylist to confirm I would not be charged. WHAT? Is this salon trying to scam people or something? P.s. Danny, a genuine "I'm sorry - what can we do to remedy the situation?" would of sufficed.

Review for Thea: I have been meaning to write this review for months, but hopefully this is more meaningful because I'm STILL obsessed with my haircut. I came in to do a dramatic chop. I've had super long hair for the majority of my adult life and felt it was time to try something new. Thea gave me what can only be described as a life-changing cut. She was extremely sensitive to my hair wants and needs, and really took her time with the cut to ensure we weren't taking too much or going too fast. She is also a joy to talk to-so compassionate, fun, and lovely to be around. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you, Thea!!
