This is the worst hair stylist I've come across - he badmouthed his clients saying they're broke using Groupon and refused to do my hair because I was unhappy with him suggesting I try sex work like his other clients because I was in between biotech contracts. His work was mid and I'd highly suggest going to a different salon, you have to use the Westin valet then walk up 5 flights of stairs just to get to the salon then it's either empty or packed with older men. He did not perform the service I came for which cost me time and money.

I had a great experience having David cut my hair! He was very kind and listened to what I wanted and throughout the process he remained very detail oriented. Felt like I was watching an artist at work. I highly recommend him to everyone and reassure you can trust him with your hair. My hair grows very slowly and am very skeptical getting my hair cut knowing how long it will take to grow again if I end up encountering Edward Scissorhand but David made me feel at ease and relief now knowing I have a hair dresser after my original one left the country. (Hairstyle I chose is the "Butterfly Cut" aka Farrah Fawcett doo) Tip: he is located in the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, walk straight all the way to back until you meet an escalator that will take you to the 4th floor.

I have been going to the same stylist back home in Chicago for years, but now that I'm in LA permanently, I figured it was time to find someone here. I stumbled on David by chance, and wow, am I lucky I did! He did an AMAZING job taking off a decent amount of hair (see before & after below), and I walked out with the cut of my dreams! He was so personable & easy to talk to, and it is so clear that he is passionate about and excellent at his craft. He'll have a loyal customer in me for as long as he'll have me!

David is great! Highly recommend. Im very particular about my hair as I have crazy natural curls and only trust professionals that know what they're doing. David is just that and more! He is very professional and always knows what I want with my hair. Going to see him is always a very easy process. In and out no problem!

I LOVE LOVE going to David! His prices are so reasonable. He's so much fun to talk to, and you just trust his skills. I've moved from OC two years ago trying to find someone that can do maintenance on my hair extensions and I'm sooo glad I found him! He's my go to! I highly recommend you book with him!
