I had a great hair cut experience with Lilah. She was patient and listened to what I didn't want and managed to give me the cut I wanted but couldn't verbalize. Love the relaxing atmosphere-felt (and looked) great when I walked out. So happy to have found my salon after bouncing from place to place!
Lilah did an amazing job taking care of me! I asked for a red balayage with a butterfly cut - my first time getting this cut - and she did magic with the color and cut! I've gotten a couple of balayages before, but the way she placed the colors towards my roots was so well-placed and my favorite I've ever had someone do it. The cut was amazing as well - I told her that I wasn't really sure what looked good but I wanted to try something really dramatic and different with lots of layers, and she was able to take that and give me something that looked amazing on me. She's definitely a hairstylist you can give a general idea or vibe of what you want to, and you can trust her to do her thing... especially for those who want to try something a little different with color & cut out there. She and the folks at the salon are super down-to-earth (which is really cool for a downtown salon) and were super accomodating when I had to reschedule last minute. I accidentally booked my haircut on Chinese New Year (no bad luck here!) and had to reschedule the day before, and they were completely understanding of my cultural traditions and were able to book me before the holiday and before this wedding I was planning to go to the same week. I thought I'd only have time for an all-over-color with my reschedule too, but Lilah was able to make our time work to get me looking fresh with a balayage! I'll definitely be coming back to Reverie. Thanks again!
LOVE this salon. Vickie does my color and she knows her stuff. She trains other colorists! That's how good she is with color! Not only that, she is great with shampoos and blowdries. I spoil myself and go to Reverie almost every week. You need to let Vickie do your hair. In my opinion she is "The best of the Best"! You will be so happy! :-) Rebecca Miller
