Unreliable!! Twice that I've had an appointment and was asked to reschedule. I scheduled an appointment first thing in the morning then shortly before my appointment was asked to reschedule. Very untrustworthy!! Extremely disappointed. No time to find somewhere else to go, will definitely not give them another chance. Don't accept an appointment if you can't keep it and if you know you have an appointment make sure you don't accept someone before or so that you can take care of your scheduled appointment!!

First time I came here I had made a appointment and when I got there they tell me oh your stylist isn't here you are going to have to wait 40 minutes. I was pissed but I stick it through. I had the manager doing my hair and it was amazing. The second time I went I called to make another appointment, I spoke to the manager (the one who do my hair the first time) and she books me. Then a few days later I get a call saying she's not coming in to do my hair and I had to her someone else. I said ok, that was mistake. The lady doing my hair was chewing her gum in my ear, walked away twice, every time she straightened my hair she sprayed something on it and it was frying my hair. Didn't trim my ends when I asked her too. My hair just looked clean. It looked like I did my hair myself!!! I am not happy with my hair at all! I need the manger to contact me as soon as possible.

UPDATE: Margaret offered to completely redo and fix the coloring of my hair, free of charge. She made me comfortable and was very kind! I was so impressed with what she was able to do! I originally left only 1 star but Margaret's work earned all 5 in total! I will be back! The last 5 photos are the final product! Original: Pregnant. Was made to fold and hand stylist every single piece of foil that was used in my hair for an hour rather than relax and enjoy. Brought a photo showing cut and color I wanted. I asked if it was able to be achieved. I was told yes. It was not achieved. I never asked for highlights, but ended up with them anyway where I asked for nothing but dark brunette. I have highlights EVERYWHERE when they were not asked for. When I pull my hair back into a ponytail, only half of my hair shows the highlights I didn't want. See photo for what I asked for and what I received. Now home crying after finally being able to look at the stylists work closely. I hate it and I'm so livid that a service was so expensive yet gave me little to nothing of what I requested.

Because I had a hand injury and could not wash and dry my hair, I dropped into the Regis Salon at Mall of GA on a Sunday for a shampoo and blow dry. There was only one client and one stylist in the salon when I checked in so I had to come back in 20 minutes. When I returned, another stylist had arrived and he was assigned to me. I'm not positive, but I think his name was Greg. Greg barely washed my hair...like less than 2 minutes and I have a ton of long hair. He said he was going to give me a trim and I told him no, I'd actually had my hair trimmed 3 days earlier. He then proceeded to put something in my hair and started to comb it out like he had 20 clients waiting and he had to rush...I'm not tender headed but he was really rough. Next he dried, and dried, and dried my hair and then flat ironed it. He spun me around to the mirror and told me he was finished. I kid you not, my hair looked like it had baby oil in it...just plain greasy. I told him NO, my hair was not clean, it was greasy. I followed him back to the shampoo bowl to START OVER. He was clearly irritated. This shampoo was about the same length as the first...not a bubble in site...but he did get the majority of the grease out. Back to blow drying. I have never been treated so roughly. Finally he was finished AGAIN. At that point I could not pay my $20 and get out of there fast enough. There was no apology, but he did say he used too much of the mystery product and he would not use it again. Beware, a simple shampoo and blow dry can be screwed up and turned into a bad experience.
