Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Tucson, AZ

Went there for a pedicure that turned into a nightmare. Woman definitely had a hearing problem. Kept telling her she was hurting me. She kept pushing my foot tight against the foot rest and dig severe digging at my foot with her clippers. When I pointed out she cut me and I was bleeding she dropped my foot in the water and walked away. I dried my foot and asked for a bandaid and she replied'go home, put Vaseline on I and then returned to me for payment. When I handed her my card she pushed my hand away and said "no card, cash, cash" so I fumbled around for cash. Went to doctor the next day and was told the Vaseline thing was the worst I could do. I should have been offered antiseptic cream and a band-aid. Never, never again. I'll chew them short before I go back to her again.

I go to the Regal Nails at Walmart on Cortaro Rd in Tucson. The staff is very nice and always does a great job. Despite being a all in most of the time, I hardly ever have to wait. They are quick, friendly, and always remember my name, ask me about my family, etc. Johnny runs a great business and I will continue to go there!

Very clean salon.... I have had several manis and pedis here and have never been dissatisfied. The nail techs are friendly and outgoing.

Been here a few times and always love the result. Went in today for a quick set with some designs and it was amazing. Forgot my tech's name but he did great and kept conversation with me the whole time. My only thing was I thought it was a little pricey,($50 for my nails no including tip). Very nice and welcoming and I will definitely be back

Been here twice. The first time I went I wanted a gradient French tip. Guy said he could do that and it turned out awful. Harsh lines and no gradient at all. So I just had him redo it and do a normal French tip. He didn't seem annoyed that i made him redo something he spent like half an hour on, which was nice. I was spending money on it so I wanted to like it. The French tip came out pretty good. Then I went again and lowered my expectations and just wanted a plain pink. A different guy did it and while he was filing them he kept nicking my skin. At one time it REALLY hurt. I asked if it was bleeding and he quickly said "NO!" (It was in fact bleeding). He cut me on the side of my middle finger and underneath the nail on my ring finger. That one hurt the most. I couldn't get it wet or touch anything with that finger for a week. All my nails were sore. That didn't happen to me the first time so I did some googling and found out that tends to happen if they file too much on your natural nail. I assume that's what happened. Nails turned out pretty good though. They remember you even if you've only gone in once. They make conversation with you which I like. Ok place. Don't have too high of expectations. And don't get the glitter ones they have the swatches of. It won't look anything like that. It won't be a nice opaque glitter, it will be a bit of glitter with your nail showing through.
