Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Sand Springs, OK

I have been going to this nail salon for the last several years. Although service has drastically gone downhill the last few years, it is located in a convenient location for me. However, today was the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak. Their signs and business cards show they open weekdays at 10:00 am. No one arriving until 10:35-10:40 to open the doors is totally unacceptable. If today were an isolated incident I would have let it slide, but there have been a few dozen times when I arrived at opening time and I honestly believe no one has ever arrived on time. Other women and I usually patiently wait 5-10 past the opening time. Gina said today they had an emergency, but I certainly don't believe they've had an emergency every single time I've been there at opening. And oh yes! Wouldn't it be nice if Vinny wasn't continually trying to play games on his phone or talking with workers at his rent houses or Gina continuously plugged into her phone gibberish away instead of paying attention to their paying customers. I've been a loyal customer who has always generously tipped, but come on! Customer service!!!

Went in for a mani / pedi and boy am I sorry I did. I have minimal feeling in my feet and didn't realize something was wrong. They cut the side of my foot and and corner of big toe. He kept covering my foot with a bunched up towel so I couldn't see it. When he removed towel I asked how that happened and another manicurist had him leave and she took over. I asked her how this happened and she said I had a blister which was a lie. I asked again and she said it happens with callus removal I didn't have calluses there.
Manicure is horrendous. Asked for clear polish only. No cuticle lotion used to remove cuticles. Whole manicure took no more than 10 minutes.
She apologized and said next time I come in they will take care of me (they charge me full price). There won't be a next time.

Nails are not the same length, wavy, and look like they are melting into my cuticle. Tech can't put phone down long enough to pay attention to what they are doing. Quick to talk crap about other salons but have no quality in their own work.

I brought my daughter to get her nails done she showed a picture and Not only was the first picture the wrong shape, length and color when I told her she proceeded look at my daughter I'll tell her she should have said something. My daughter is 15. Then when she attempted to fix them she was in a hurry and screwed them up even more. They are thick and lumpy and still the wrong shape. I soent 1.5 hours and 55$ for terrible nails. I was in a hurry and had to leave and when I came back to have them fixed I was treated rudely and she raised her voice and then decided to speak to the other workers in another language I couldn't under stand. This place is terrible at their job and on top of treated me and my daughter with disrespect. My daughter was so upset she cried for an hour

I have taken my wife for several years there to get her nails done the price keeps going up the board shows $25.00 to get nails the last time they wanted to charge me $40.00 to do her nails I ask why the owner said he had to charge $15.00 more to do her nails now because it took more labor to do her nails
That's the last time we use them we'll find some place that charges what they're sign shows to do her nails don't go to the salon in Walmart in sand springs they will rip you of
