I went to 3D nails with my friend today for a pedicure. Place is real clean but customer service is lacking. There were four other ladies getting pedicures next to us (also arrived before us) that were still getting treatment even after we had left. We didn't get asked what package we wanted and it just felt rushed. While getting ready to pay, I handed my card and got back a receipt that had no tip line. The man that did my toenails held out his hand for a cash tip. I mentioned I didn't have cash on me thinking that I could add it in. One of the ladies chimed in that they could run it again. So I said that was alright. I received no thank you for coming in or the tip (that was more than I typically give due to the "inconvenience.") My nails and feet look and feel good, but I won't be returning.
I had a fantastic experience getting a pedicure, which is kinda rare for a man. But they did an outstanding job for me and I will be back!
I would have given a five star, but when my pedicure was done, I don't carry cash. So, I gave the lady my credit card. Thinking I'll do my tip on that. When the lady return, there was no where to add the tip. The guy said I had to let them know, before they run it. Well, first of all, no one said anything to me about that. I told the lady I will go to the atm , bring your tip back. When I was leaving no one said "thank you " to me. They always say that to everyone leaving. I guess since I didn't tip, but when I came back with the tip money, then they said thank you . I gave the lady a good tip too. Next time I won't tip so high.
Great place to get your needs taken care of!! Clean & a good set up with new chairs and a staff to take care of any need you have! Nails, feet and waxing, wouldn't go anywhere else. I have had many manis and pedis over the years, this is by far one of the best places to go! On the road a place that has set the bar high.
