Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Salem, NH

I found Wendy here at this Regal salon. Most Regal salons were closed in Walmart quite sometime ago. Wendy us very good and dies a very nice job.

ATTENTION ALL REGAL NAILS CUSTOMERS,

Regal nails has been using the same yellow scrub for pedicures for multiple people before throwing it out and using a new one. They are not clean. Technically it is supposed to be used one per person and then trashed but they use it for the next pedicure they have. Same goes with filers and buffers. LIEN the owner is very cheap and also uses the same foam flops and the same toe separators. Lien always tries to push you to get you something else done when really I already had my nails done and had told me to re do them because they "looked bad"
To everyone that wants to know the truth, this is the truth! I will never come back here again.

I love coming here! I've been coming here for the past 3 years I'm very picky over my nails and how they're done I've been to a lot of different salons and they are by far the best I've been too!! They are reasonably priced and are very detailed!!

I called them ti see if they had await they said come over now we got there and waited over a half an hour i sat down to get my pedicure the water was cold and i didnt get a real pedicure i basicly socked my feet for less than 5 min and got my toes painted. I work retail so im on my feet all day i went to get a pedicure to make then feel better they hurt tha same as when i walked in there. I went with my mom and it took less time for me to get my pedicure and gel manicure than it did for my mom to get a pedicure. It was the worst service and pedicure i havr ever had then i had to pay 58 dollars. It is redicules that i paid all that money for tgr service i got. Tge lady i had wanted to leave so bad she didnt give me the service i needed or paid for. One of tge worst experiences of my life.

Worst customer service ever. Went in yesterday with my daughter for spur-of-the-moment manicures. The woman who was free didn't acknowledge us right away because she was too busy sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs.

My daughter and I were getting basic manicures. We were seated next to one another. She got her nails soaked to soften the cuticles and got a lotion massage, I did not. Then, halfway through my manicure, another customer came in for an eyebrow wax. Without saying a word to me, the technician stopped doing my nails and LEFT to help her, so I sat there for 10 minutes waiting!! They should have let her know they'd be right with her, because it would have taken the technician less time to just finish up with me first.

Their signage says $15.00 for a manicure with paraffin, which is decently priced, but misleading, as no paraffin was involved, yet they charged the $15.00. Not bad for a sloppy, rushed, easily chipping paint job. I guess you get what you pay for.

My daughter loves her color, so it wasn't a total bust, but not at ALL a good experience.
