What can I say? These guys are the best. I love the Fantastic Sams brand. I have been to a few of their locations, this one (Salem), Hudson, & Tyngsboro. I haven't gotten a better cut anywhere else. My entire family goes here. We LOVE Rita but have no had a bad stylist yet!

Our recent visit was during this Covid craziness. I'm so glad to see everything is sanitized directly in front of the customer. Super clean!! Customers and stylists wear masks. All precautions are taken. I won't go anywhere else. They are the best!!!

After many months of not getting hair done (foil) due to closings, my hair was so gross and brassy from non attention. I had Tiffany ; who is a true experienced professional with outstanding customer service skills. She returned my hair back to what I love. She goes over and above to make you satisfied. Very appreciative. I recommend this salon absolutely.

Outstanding.  I believe my stylist's name was Mikela, I'm not sure if it's the correct spelling.  At any rate, she had me in an out in minutes.  I went in for a 'dry cut', as I just lack the time.  Anyway, I walked in without an appointment.  She had me in the chair within five minutes.  Five minutes later, I walked out with a great cut.  Could not be more pleased.

I have waited over 24 hours for someone to respond on the site about my experience...
1. my stylist (Jill) is very quiet so if you like that "she is concentrating."
2. told her, and she in turned told me, 1 inch to come off my hair...I lost 3 inches (NOT HAPPY)
3. the other woman working with her, fat shamed her about cupcakes that had been on the desk and had been eaten. This made me VERY uncomfortable! Not acceptable in my opinion...
4. told her that i don't want my bangs to short..to which she states.."I will make sure that they are not, I cut when the hair is dry vs. wet because of your curly hair." they are now to short and UNEVEN.
5.  she used the scissors as a razor but before I could say no she had already done it.
6. she did not ask me how i wanted my hair done
7. I went to pay and had asked an est. so I could tip in cash..she said about $90...I said okay that is pretty good price...but what she did not tell me is that she was then going to charge me for the cut and the blow dry....so I was charged for her to do things that you typically do when you get a cut and color.

I sat in a chair that was near the front and the dust was caked on the shelves.
however,
1 she gave a nice head massage.
2. she told me what products she was using as she was using them.
3 she reminded me of the sale of the liters and product that she had used while cashing me out.
4. the color is not as bad as it looked while she was doing it.

So now I have to wait for my hair to grow out because of this experience...I am very disappointed since I told her and then got her engagement about how much would be cut off..Obviously they cannot give me back that hair but I do want the next person to make an informed choice.
oops...forgot to mention...that someone was coming in the next day so make sure the boxes look good..I wanted to remind them of the gross cabinets that I had to look at while I was waiting for my hair to process...I tipped well for the service in cash
