Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Owasso, OK

I loved this place for my eyebrow waxing. The lady I had always did a great job. I had a really bad experience though. Another lady ended up doing them and got wax stuck to my eyebrow and didn't tell me and kept picking at my eyebrows for 5 minutes. I had trust so I didn't say anything until she kept using the tweezer and it was starting to hurt. And my eyebrows didn't look any different when she wanted to be done so I asked if the lady that usually does then to do it. She tried to fix them and made my eyebrows even worse, made them super thin and I told her I wasn't happy about it and she still charged me full price. Bad customer service I left and I cried because of how messed up my eyebrows looked.

Horrible experience!! I'm never one to complain, I've worked in customer service so I realize you have bad days!!! However, Cindy the lady who gave me my manicure/ pedicure seemed incredibly irritated the whole time while doing my manicure. When it was time for the pedicure she put my feet in cold water, naturally I took my feet out of the water because who likes their feet in an ice bath?! She slammed my feet back into the water and turned the warm water on. While aggressively rubbing my legs the lady scratched me with her nails and brought blood!!!! I kid you not!! Then when it came time for her to get all of my dead skin off she made me hold my own feet up for her, rather than lifting them up like like they typically would!! She told me my feet were so heavy and asked me why I couldn't just hold my own feet up?! I would not recommend this place!!! Save your time and money!!!

I tried Regal Nails in wal-mart because I needed a full set fast and my regular salon was booked up. I thought it's just a set how bad can they mess up?
My white tips were crooked on multiple fingers and the guy took the drimmel tool to my nail way too aggressive causing my nails to be sensitive for days! I also walked out with my cuticles bleeding and I was charged more than the sign because I got white tips instead of having them painted. At my usual salon they're the same price because any normal person realizes it's actually less work to have white tip acrylics instead of having to put the tips on and paint them. Needless to say I will not be going back. And I don't recommend anyone go there either.

I went to Regal salon located in Walmart store in Owasso
I have never had such a bad experience as I had today. I have used this same salon in the past with not the best service, but not bad. However today was my last time to use Regal. I came to have a pedicure and manicure for Easter. My experience are as follows
1. The person assigned to me was not professional to say
   The least. I told the lady that I had stubbed my toe and
   Broke a toenail and that it was tender. While she was
   Trimming this toe she gouged under the toenail it to
   Bleed. It didn't seem to bother her any, she wiped the
   Blood and kept on do her job. Not only did she cause
   My feet to hurt, she had me soaking my fingernails  
   Holding the bowl in my lap while doing my toes
2. When painting my nails she had smeared polish on my
  Toes and fingers requiring a lot of cleaning.
3. When I voiced concern about the mess and pain she
   Was causing she only give me one of those G.T.H.
   Looks and never said anything.
4. When I got ready to leave she told me that the nail
   Polish should last until after Easter, if not come back
   And she would do it again. She was telling me that
   Her job was only good for 1 day??
5. She charged me $35.00, when I asked why she was
   Charging $35.00 when the advertised price was
   $33.00, she said that she had to use an extra towel
   Because of the extra mess she made. When I told her
   That this extra charge was wrong, I was confronted
   By two other workers shouting for me to pay the $35
I paid the $35 and left never to return. I give credit where credit is due. And only condemn when things are really bad. This was really bad
