The only good thing about this place was that I called to make a reservation for 4 of us and they had 4 people ready to work on us. 2/4 of us got to pick what kind of pedicure we wanted the other 2 of us didn't get menus. We did not get offered drinks. The internet/WiFi doesn't work. When they worked on my sisters feet the lady dropped one of the scrubbers on the floor and continued to use it on my sister. My sister then asked for a new one, but apparently a new scrubber is just one that gets washed off. I didn't get the bottom of feet exfoliated, only the cuticle trimmer to the bottom of my feet. There was no massage during our pedicures either. My lady tried rubbing my feet with no oil or lotion. My lady also turned off my chair so she could paint my toes. Absolutely no communication the whole time. The only thing my last said was $28. She then hovered over me waiting for me to pay and then waiting for a tip. Was not relaxing at all. Will not be coming back here.
IF YOU WANT BUTCHERED TOE NAILS THEN COME ON IN!!
I went in for a pedicure. When asked if I wanted to keep the length or to cut them, I said short please. The older lady who was giving me a pedicure butchered two of my toe nails. It's painful and looks like crap.
Please see the pictures. The owner said it will take about a month to grow out and said sorry. No discount was given.
They are so nice here. I take my elderly mom here and they are patient and kind to her.
And they do a great job on her nails.
I have been going to cali pro for years and the quality has slowly decreased. in the last year I had a new set of nails completely crumble in 2 days (that's never happened before)
2x I asked my tech if they did or felt comfortable doing designs (of not no worries I'll go with just a color) both times they said yes but did THE WORST JOB.
This last time they did a very poor job shaping my nails. I am so embarrassed by how poor they look I will be going elsewhere this week to have them redone. I am leaving this review to warn others. I am very disappointed. The manager saw my nails many of times-they are sloppy, poorly shaped had a pathetic daisy that looks like a dandelion and she chose to just leave it be. I will not be returning!
I love my nails, don't get me wrong but when I was getting them done, another lady comes over and starts talking in a different language and looking at my nails. I could tell it wasn't nice.
