This place is so perfect! It's beautiful and clean , gives sort of a relaxing coffee shop vibe . My nails are fantastic , they double teamed me and got me in and out in no time.
I cannot say enough good things about KATE nails in Owasso! My dip nails last so long and the quality is so incredible! Everyone is so nice and makes you feel welcomed! Ruby is my favorite and she kills it EVERYTIME! My nails look betted then the inspo pictures I bring in! I'm obsessed. I drive from Tulsa to go to this spot and will continue to do so!
My daughter and I went and had a full set of nails put on. I was pleased with how they looked. However a week after getting them put on I had one pop off. Then my daughter had a couple pop off. So I ended up taking her back to get them redone; maybe give them another chance. She had them done on Wednesday and today is Saturday and she already had one pop off. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment and giving them my money for mediocre work. I would not recommend them to anyone!
I started going here during the pandemic because they required masks and I felt that was an indicator that they care for their staff and clients, and it also proved to be an indication that they are serious about sanitation. I have had at least 6 pedicures here and they were consistent. I get the deluxe pedicure which includes callous removal, hot towels, massage, and exfoliation. They use a bowl liner for the pedicure chair and wear gloves. I never feel rushed and always love the experience. There color selection is somewhat limited but I usually take my own polish and if not, I always find something I like. The spa is rather sterile looking but it is so clean and uncluttered. I've never had to wait and I've gone on various days. One Sunday it did get very busy after I got there so it could be busy with a wait, I suppose. I highly recommend.
Made an appointment and was still left waiting for 30 minutes before leaving. Poor color selection, their polishes seemed old and dried out. Not a relaxing environment.
