Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Indianapolis, IN

I had my Mani/Pedi almost two months ago.  I will be going again in a couple of days.  It was my first pedicure.  Wow - I loved it.  LOL, the only thing I didn't like was trying to walk out of there in those crazy flip-flops.  
Yes, only two people were working, but they got right to me and did a great job.  The polish lasted well beyond what was expected.  
The price was right as well.  What more could you ask for.  I have had manicures for years and know what is good and what is not.  
I was hesitant about getting a pedicure because my feet hurt so bad.  Well, I loved it.  cs.

I've been going here for years. You won't find better quality for the cost. Same employees for years now. So much experience. I always get compliments on my nails. Try the foils. So cool.

First of all, the fact that it was in the Walmart at Southport and 31 should have been my first clue.
But there were some promising reviews on here so I thought I'd give them a shot. First off, it's really small. There were only 2 people working. It did seem reasonably clean and they got me in on time for my appointment. The pedicure was only ok as was my full set. The problems come when it's time to pay. Their card reader wouldn't work, the nail tech messed around with the machine for 10 minutes with no luck. Then she asks me to go get cash from the bank next door. I tell her I'd rather not because they're going to charge me fees. Then she tells me I'll have to wait for somebody to come fix it. Mind you, throughout this whole process, she doesn't apologize, she doesn't offer to give me any kind of discount since I'll be charged to get the cash, nothing. It's after 7 pm at this point. I worked all day and am tired, so I just go get the cash after waiting 20 minutes throughout this whole issue. I come back and she gives me my change. I shove the cash in my wallet and leave. I pull my wallet out after I'm about 15 minutes away. I realize she only gave me $8 in change instead of the $18 I was owed. I suspect this was on purpose since she knew she wasn't going to be getting a tip. I'm beyond upset and will NEVER be going back. There's a reason they only have 4 spaces in a Walmart

I have been going here for years. Yrs i tried other places closer to home or because of conflicting hours. But all i learned was to make the trip. These girls are the best. They take very good care you. I have sever cracked heels. It just doesn't get any better than here

Don't be skeptical because its in Walmart. These technicians know how to be respectful, polite, AND do nails. You know how pedicures usually come with a massage afterwards, but most of them are for a few seconds? Well, these techs give you your money's worth on the massage (as in a few minutes). The prices are unbeatable in the city, especially for the quality you receive. It is always clean and they recently upgraded the shop. This is the only place I recommend in the city for consistent work.
