Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Austin, TX

I would give this place zero stars if I could.Went in and ordered a manicure and nail polish. I don't think the person who serviced me spoke any English because she couldn't understand I wanted nail polish. I don't think she had a cosmetologist license either because she didn't seem to know what she was doing, had to be coached constantly by other employees. My nails were cut wayyyy too short. The place was cluttered and disorganized. The person servicing me had to get up 3 or 4 times to look for things. Other employees were wandering around like they weren't sure what they were doing. To top a totally unpleasant experience, I was hit up for a tip on the way out. Don't waste your money.

I love Regal Nails. I always get the best mani/pedi ever! Employees are all very nice, it's clean and very reasonably priced!!

I normally go to a different regal nails but i decided to give this one a try. I came in to get my eyebrows and wax to upper lip. Big mistake, the lady that did them rushed through doing everything. My eyebrows are passable, not the worst or best. At one point I even felt her trying to get wax off a part of my eyebrow that definitely shouldn't have had wax and while putting wax on my upper lip she put it on my actual lips. I've never had a problem after waxing my lip, maybe some mild redness but it goes away fast. It has been a good few days and now my lips has small bumps and dryness on them. Could have been easily avoided if she hadn't put globs of wax on and hadn't rushed so much.

Went in to get my nails done here my experience was awful overall the gentleman was very rough cleaning the nails and left my toe nail uneven then claimed it was the shape of my toe nail when somehow it started off perfectly square , I have really nice shaped nails except one nail on my hand so I know it doesn't take much to accomplish a square even nail for me, the lady who did my hands smeared my toe nail at the end dabbed some clear coat over it and still charged me full price for it. Screw You and your tip. Came here b/c someone said they had 4 star rating , should've known better than to check myself. These people do not care about quality service. Do not recommend to anybody.

For being inside Walmart, this place was pretty good! I got my SNS nails removed quickly and painlessly. I got a buffed manicure to let my nails rest and the guy who did it was great. The tools were packaged and clean, he buffed twice (once before lotion and arm massage and once afterward). I will say that their facilities aren't the cleanest (I noticed lots of debris hiding under and between chairs, tables, etc. I'd probably get a pedicure here (they use removable pedi wraps for the tubs) and a normal manicure but not sure about doing acrylics since there's not fans sucking in debris next to their work stations. All in all, worth the price and the short wait time!
