My stylist left Hairsmiths, so I made an apt with another stylist at Hairsmiths. Evidently this person was not taking new customers and I did not know that nor did the person who scheduled my apt. The stylist made me feel very bad about being there and she went on to lecture me that she was booked "way out" and did not "squeeze" people in. I don't think I have ever asked to be squeezed in. When I left, I gave her a good tip (I don't know why) because she wouldn't even comment or offer suggestions for a future color for my hair. I won't be back again because I felt very bad about the whole thing....1) the lact of communication for the person who scheduled me, 2) the unfriendly attitude of the person styling my hair, and 3) undeservedly lecturing me.
I just moved into Houghton and missed my hairstylist who knew exactly what I wanted. So glad I have Rhonda for my new stylist! This place was reasonable, made me look as well groomed as my former stylist did. So glad to find another great hair salon! They even serve coffee.
